Fat Mimicking: SIMPLY RICH ingredients are combinations of carbohydrate ingredients and natural botanical extracts.
It mimics the characteristically rich "retention and release" impact of fats and oils on flavors in food products
that contain little or no fat. SIMPLY RICH provides the flavor impression of fats and oils... without the fat!
